This book was written and illustrated by mother and daughter team Brianna War Bonnet and Tammy Grubbs. This book was inspired by their children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews and created from a shared love of art, imagination, and creating together.
Wanting to find new ways to engage young artists in the arts, they created Pigcasso’s colorful world to encourage creativity, curiosity, and hands-on learning through storytelling and color exploration.
To continue the experience beyond the pages, they also created coordinating art kits so children can enjoy a full day of reading, painting, and creating.
